Lucille knows the way through suffering to healing and empowerment. Through her many struggles and challenges in life she has learned the valuable lesson that we can choose to be bitter or be better. Lucille has always chosen to be better.

Instead of retiring from life as many people her age have, Lucille has decided to be an encourager, a coach, a mentor to many women she knows, sharing with them the hope and power that comes from a life that never gives up.

Lucille is asked to speak to many groups. From women’s retreats to local community groups, Lucille’s energetic, engaging style leaves women feeling excited about their lives. She has mentored and coached women and teenaged girls for more than 30 years, and has over 35 years experience as a motivational speaker and teacher. She held leadership positions with Women’s AGLOW International and her Church for nearly 40 years.

Some of the many things that Lucille likes to do is spending time with her grandchildren, watching sports and going to concerts. She also is very active with her church family and has been a respected and revered church elder for many years. One of the many passions Lucille has is for making special gifts for people. From baby blankets for newborns to special quilts for the holidays, or her famous baked Ziti, Lucille loves giving to others.

Possessing abundant joy and hope, Lucille believes that you can achieve amazing things, you may just need a little help. She wants to encourage you to persevere through all your struggles and learn to celebrate the women you are.
